Me: “I’m not going to overthink it and spiral.” Me 30 seconds later: Spirals 130 feet underground ??? As part of our West Ashley Sewer Tunnel Extension project, we dug a 130-foot-deep shaft in the Croghan area to launch a 20,000-foot wastewater tunnel beneath the West Ashley Greenway. This work involves removing 37,000 cubic yards of earth and will take about three years to complete. It will help reduce sewer overflows and expand system capacity for the next 100 years.?
